The
company is located at the Fernandes Industrial Centre, at Laventille.
Its brand - "Prize Catch" is the leading brand of seafood
products in T&T. The seafood processing facility is a relatively
small modern plant, stainless steel equipment, tiled walls, sterile
environment. Its employees have been trained at the Institute of Marine
Affairs at Chaguaramas and all are pro-active in the observation of
HACCP - the hygiene and sanitation discipline that is mandatory for
the food handling industry throughout the world today.
Seafood
is sourced from an approved list of local suppliers (fishermen), in
order to ensure safe product from the start.
Products
are supplied to the retail and food service trades and are offered in
various forms - Frozen, Vacuum Packed, IQF or Fresh on Ice. Fish is
supplied Whole, Steak cut or Filleted.
The range
includes: Carite, Cascadura, Dolphin, Crab Claws, King, Lambie, Lobster,
Marlin,Salt Fish, Sail, Salmon, Shark, Shrimp, Squid, Sword, Tuna, Wahoo
and White Fish - all subject to availability.
